1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made by credit card or other offered payment methods.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available within Germany. We deliver your plants at the optimal planting time, which we will communicate to you when you place your order.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please note that perishable goods such as living plants may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
6. Growth Guarantee
We offer a 30-day growth guarantee. If a plant does not take root within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.
